Sharing a desire to cultivate from our farm on the Cajun Prairie of Louisiana, we combined our talents to develop food products grown from our original herb gardens, literally starting our business from the ground up in 1988.
Working together with our children, a family tradition, we persevered in making a living, gaining notoriety over many years of serving others in the floral and food service industry. We discovered through countless encounters and adventures, that hospitality was key to the abundant life we were called to live.
Delighting event clients for more than thirty years and counting with our cooking and hospitality, we developed a collection of recipes blending dishes specific to our Cajun Prairie Region, other long-celebrated delicacies from our families, and the ever-growing collection of customized, Signature recipes. The Premier Collection Seasonings, Chargrille, Vegetable, and the bold, savory tastes of My Daddy’s BBQ Rub, Seafood Boil and Pickles, are used in every recipe. Our hospitality, naturally flowing and shared across the country, became much more than a meal or catered event. We call it….”Cooking with Spirit, a Family Tradition.”
