Smoked Pork Tasso
Serving our Signature Chicken, Sausage and Tasso GUMBO across the country, we have been asked at least a thousand times, What is Tasso? Most important it adds a special Cajun flavor not found in anything else. It is a boneless piece of lean pork, seasoned with Cajun spices then smoked to a unique finish. It’s as Real Cajun as you can get and still produced by the same Savoie Family since 1955.
